Once Adobe Reader has been downloaded, open the Jan Foundation Form that you have previously downloaded, Then...

For WINDOWS PCs Click on TOOLS, then Click on FILL & SIGN, the FILL & SIGN Tool bar will then appear above the document. Click on the ADD TEXT Icon, then click whereabouts on the document that you want to place the text. Type what you need to, then click at the next place that you need to place text, If you need to add a signature, click on the SIGN icon in the tool bar, click on add signature, then follow the instructions for adding the signature. Once you click APPLY then the signature box will disappear and your signature will show up where your mouse cursor is, place the signature in the correct place. Click on SAVE FILE icon to the right of the document button.

For MAC Computers Click on FILL & SIGN which should be next to the TOOLS link at the top right of the window, click on ADD TEXT (which should be underneath the FILL & SIGN link also at the top right) then click whereabouts you wish to place the text, type what you need to, then click where you next need to place text, if you need to add a signature click on PLACE SIGNATURE, follow instructions for your signature, Once you click ACCEPT then the signature box will disappear and your signature will show up where your mouse cursor is, place the signature in the correct place.Then click on SAVE FILE icon along the top of the document.
